Faith City Church came into being as a fellowship on Sunday 17 January 1993 led by Reverend Samuel Ng. In March, we moved into our first church premise at Section 17 in Petaling Jaya. In March, the leadership agreed to bring the church into the fellowship of the Assemblies of God Malaysia (AG).

The name Faith City Church was chosen to reflect our vision to raise a church who will shepherd the people into the city of God, entered only by faith.

`In June 1996, a decision was made to purchase three units at the Regalia Business Center at USJ1 for expansion and to reach a new community for Christ. On its completion, we relocated to our new premises at the second floor on 29 August 1999.

In May 2003 our Mandarin Church moved into its own premises at another unit.

The English church moved into its current premise on the third floor on 19 October 2008. Our goal is to disciple His people that they may be released into the ministry and ultimately plant new churches.
